The Durable Sealcoat Process makes scheduling easy! There’s no reason to take time off work or sit at home all day while we work. As long as your driveway is free and clear, we can do our jobs to the very best of our ability.

Please make sure that all vehicles are removed from the driveway. This includes cars, boats, trailers, go-carts, etc. Along with vehicles please remove any and all objects such as furniture, kid’s toys, garden planters, or equipment. If you have a sprinkler system for your lawn make sure it does not run for 24 hours prior to the sealcoating and for 24 hours after.

We take care of the rest so you don’t have to worry!

Note: If you move your cars to street parking please make sure to leave enough room for our vehicles at the curb while we complete the job.

Note: Take Special care not to leave lawn fertilizer chemicals on driveway because they can cause discoloration of the sealer.

Don’t worry, we will put up cautionary tape so that everyone takes notice, Feel free to remove and dispose of the tape after the 48 hour period. After the 48 hour period please drive with caution. Excessive steering and acceleration can damage the sealcoat and your driveway.
